3. Who will you spend Christmas with?
A question that allows you to understand how many of your users are single, for example, how many love holidays, how many will spend them with their family, etc. This is also a type of soft profiling but one that will allow you to send more targeted content or messages in the future. To stimulate the reaction of your customers, and since you will undoubtedly be enveloped in the Christmas spirit, you can offer them a surprise in exchange for the answer to your simple questionnaire: for example, a discount that can be spent in the first part of the year… perhaps customizing it on a category that, thanks to profiling, you will have guessed has a high interest for them!
